The intake process was easy enough overall. The forms were simple, and while I did have to wait a bit, the staff was friendly. Just going off my gut, it felt like they had things mostly under control.

"I could tell quickly this was helping"
We’ve been using Kids Adventure Solutions for a few months now, my first snap judgment was that it seemed simple enough to actually stick with. Turns out, that was right. My son is talking more, handling changes a little better, and he’s even started trying to join in when his sister is playing games. It’s definitely not some overnight miracle, but it gave us clearer ideas for what to do at home, and the small progress has meant a lot to us

We got some simple tips to try at home, they seemed to help. I’m not totally sure if it was just timing or the coaching itself, but things felt a bit easier after we started using the suggestions.

"Surprisingly helpful for keeping care organized"
We’ve been using Kids Adventure Solutions for care coordination, it’s made things a lot less confusing than I expected it to.
They helped keep appointments, notes, and next steps all in one place, which I really needed because I’m usually the one digging through emails and trying to remember who said what. It’s nice when a service actually does the organizing part instead of just making a fancy dashboard and calling it support.
Not everything happens instantly, but they do follow up and explain things in plain language, which I appreciate. Overall, they’ve been really helpful, and I’d give them 5 stars

"Started hopeful, but didn’t see much progress"
We gave the therapy a fair try and really wanted it to help, but we didn’t notice much change with my kid. A few sessions were fine, but after a while they started feeling kind of repetitive, and I slowly lost confidence that we were really getting anywhere. Maybe it works better for other families, but for us it just didn’t feel worth continuing.

"Easy to use, but honestly a little disappointing"
At first I was like, okay, this telehealth setup is actually convenient. The video visits were simple to join and we didn’t have any tech issues. But then, I don’t know, it started to feel kind of rushed every time, and that got frustrating fast. The advice we got was basic, and the follow-up took longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for my kid, I was hoping it would feel a little more personal.

I don’t know why some people act like follow-up doesn’t matter, because it definitely did here. They checked in after and answered my questions quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience...

"Felt Like Nobody Really Cared"
I just felt brushed off most of the time. Any time I tried to explain what was going on, the staff didn’t seem very empathetic, and it kind of left me thinking, why does this have to be so complicated? I wasn’t expecting anything huge, just a little more patience and understanding

We went through Our Kids ASD for an assessment, and I have to say, it felt a lot more thorough than I expected. They asked so many questions, but not in a box-ticking kind of way, and we never felt like they were trying to hurry us along.
The report was really clear and picked up on things we hadn’t even realised were worth mentioning. You could tell they’d actually taken in what we’d said about our child, which made a big difference.
It wasn’t something that was done in five minutes, but if anything, that made us feel more comfortable with the outcome. We came away feeling like it had been properly handled. 5 stars from us.

"Works okay, but the promises feel a bit vague"
I used ourkidsasd.com and overall it’s not too hard to get around, but it definitely took me a little while to figure out where certain things were. The information is there, which is good, but sometimes it feels like you have to dig for it more than you should.
My bigger issue is that the site makes things sound helpful, but some of the promises are vague, so I wasn’t always sure what I was actually supposed to expect. It’s decent for accessibility, though the mobile pages could be clearer. Not awful, not amazing, so 3 stars feels about right.

The help itself was fine, I guess, but the staff seemed really rushed and came off kind of rude at times. It just made the whole experience feel awkward, you know?? I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, but a little more patience would’ve made a big difference...

I was a little unsure at first because I did have to wait for a bit, but it really wasn’t bad. They got back to me sooner than I expected, and the appointment itself went smoothly. For ASD-related stuff, having a shorter wait like that really does make a difference

I thought the site looked useful overall, and I could see myself using it. Then suddenly I was just annoyed — I had to click around way too much to figure out what it actually costs. It would be a lot better if the pricing was shown clearly before you go through the sign-up process

"i mean, the support team was helpful..."
i mean, the support team was helpful when I had a question about my order, and they did give me the info I needed. It just took a bit longer than I expected. They were polite and got everything sorted in the end, so overall it was a decent experience. Faster replies would definitely make it better.

I don’t remember catching anything odd on my bill, and I usually only notice when something looks wrong. From what I checked, there weren’t any weird extra charges.
